Nice apartment that has everything to make you feel at home. The apartment is neat and clean. There is a large grocery store nearby. The center is a few tram stops away. The owner makes sure that the guest feels comfortable and taken care of. Recommended if you need accommodation to explore Antwerp.

Nous avons tout aimé de cet appartement original, propre central ( nous avons tout visité à pied, il faut aimer marcher mais c’est faisable la grande place, la veille ville, les halles la gare…) mais il y a aussi le tram au pied de l’immeuble ainsi que des commerces
Hannes est très réactive, réponds très vite à nos questions et donne de bons conseils !

Dit appartement heeft alles dat je nodig hebt om in Antwerpen een tijdje te verblijven. De keuken is helemaal compleet, een grote supermarkt zit om de hoek. De bedden zijn fijn en alles is schoon.
Om de hoek kun je een Velo fiets vinden die je voor 5 euro per dag kunt gebruiken, maar ook het openbaar vervoer is op 2 minuten lopen.
In de omgeving zijn verschillende restaurants te vinden, maar met de fiets sta je in 12 minuten op de grote markt!
Enige waar je even rekening mee moet houden is ( op dit moment) het bouwen precies naast het appartement. Wij zijn geen uitslapers maar als je dat wel bent, hou dan rekening met geluid vanaf 7.30. Oh en dan vergeet ik nog bijna hoe fijn het is dat je een gereserveerde parkeerplek hebt als je hier verblijft.
Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Hannes was a fantastic host from start to finish. Communication was excellent: friendly, quick to respond, and always happy to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which made the whole stay completely stress-free.
The apartment was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and beautifully organised. It had everything we needed, and it felt warm and welcoming the moment we walked in.
The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore Antwerp and get around the city. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again the next time we visit.

Hannes’ apartment is great, exactly as described and the photographs give an accurate impression. Hannes’ instructions for finding the apartment, parking and check in were clear and straightforward. The apartment was spotless and in a great location; it took us 20 minutes to walk to the train station. There is a supermarket, bakeries, bars and restaurants nearby, plus Hannes’ excellent recommendations in a handy guest book in the apartment. All communication with Hannes was great. This is a really lovely apartment, Hannes is indeed a super host - I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Hannes, we had a great time.

A beautiful loft with all the amenities. Located in the new docks neighbourhood of Antwerp conveniently close to public transport and the main sights. The free parking spot is also definitely a big asset.

Solventure huurde het appartement van Hannes voor twee collega's die in de buurt van Antwerpen gedurende een week een opleiding bijwoonden.
Onze collega's waren erg enthousiast over de locatie, netheid en toegankelijkheid van het appartement. Ook top dat er een parkeerplek voorzien is.
De communicatie met Hannes liep zeer vlot, hij is erg responsief!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schick eingerichtet, sodas man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Die Tiefgarage ist nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt und bietet für das Auto ausreichend Platz. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Super und etwas abgelegen von der Hauptstraße. Das ist ganz praktisch weil man dadurch seine Koffer entspannt in die Wohnung bringen kann und beim Abreisen entspannt in das Fahrzeug verladen kann ohne viel weit schleppen zu müssen.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, the apartment had all the amenities listed and Hannes was very proactive and responsive. Favourite part was how clean the apartment was. Dishes, cutlery - everything was on spot. The place is only 30 min walk from the city centre and very accessible.
